JOB OVERVIEW :
- The IT Business partner acts as the liaison between business users, Software support vendors, internal IT support team and Corporate IT to implement new applications as well as manage existing applications to support business growth. The ideal candidate will be a leader and advisor to the business users to proactively assist in partnering with business to understand the requirements and lead the implementation of the solution as per business requirements. The role is also responsible for managing IT internal and external resources, but also performs hands on activities for critical IT Digital Transformation initiatives .

QUALIFICATION :
BS degree in computer science or related field or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience. MBA is preferred.
EXPERIENCE :
*12-15 years of relevant experience in IT Project Management, IT Support Delivery, Business applications
* Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device required, particularly in a manufacturing organization
* Strong knowledge of SAP systems for a manufacturing organization,



preferably with ECC 6.0 and HANA
* Experience working in Supply Chain and Order to Cash transformations and implementations highly preferred
* Experience with Data Enterprise and Reporting Solutions a plus
* Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device required, particularly in a manufacturing organization
* Strong understanding of computer system validation lifecycle and working with GxP systems including validation process right from URS, IQ, OQ, PQ Phases
* Strong Project Management experience, PMP or other advanced certification preferred
* Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Timesheet Systems) and office tools (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Proven experience in managing teams, with excellent team-working skills (especially in a culturally diverse environment) and a willingness to get alongside issues, provide transparent direction and drive results.
