- Hiring, Data Masking Specialists with IBM Optim tool experience with below skills and experience.
- At least 7+ years overall experience within IT with expertise in data masking activities with IBM Optim tool.
- Good hands-on knowledge on database technologies like IBM DB2, Sybase and Oracle.
- Good understanding of database validations, constraints, syntax and data types.
- Good understanding of Java / J2EE / SOA based architecture or setup.
- Good understanding of principles of workplace management.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- ITIL v3 certified.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Understanding of financial services domain will be preferred.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
