Role Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional IT projects across SAP, Supply Chain, Sales, and Regulatory systems
- Manage internal/external teams and vendors to deliver digital solutions and system support
- Drive IT compliance and GxP system validation including URS, IQ, OQ, and PQ phases
- Oversee IT operations for manufacturing sites, ensuring governance, budgeting, and reporting
Key Deliverables
- Successful implementation of enterprise systems aligned with business growth strategy
- Seamless IT service delivery across supply chain, manufacturing, and quality domains
- Governance of multi-site IT initiatives including KPI tracking, budgeting, and risk control
- High-quality user support, system training, and post-go-live knowledge transition
