- Design and implement Information Technology Service Management processes in ServiceNow, including but not limited to Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Service Portal, and ITOM
- Design, Development and Implementation of ServiceNow including, but not limited to: core setup, workflow administration, reporting, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting and third-party software integrations
- Performs advanced configurations including Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Client Scripts, workflows, custom tables, reports, etc.
- Accountable for the delivery of biweekly sprints for the development team as well as ensuring that platform incident SLAs are met
- Leads daily scrum calls with the development team, business analysts, and process owners
- Reviews proposed design with all customer and internal stakeholders, and leads all technical design meetings
- Coordinate with Platform Architect to ensure designs meet development guidelines and best practices




- Ensures effective communication and coordination of offshore development team activities with onshore process owners and requestors
- Works with Platform and Project Management teams to ensure enhancements are delivered completely, accurately, and timely
- Coaches Offshore development resources to close technical and soft skill gaps during weekly mentoring sessions
- Provides leadership and participates in vetting current requirements on the ServiceNow platform
- Stays current on ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologies
- Drives process improvements and ensures process adherence for the offshore development team
- Contributes development to biweekly sprints
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management or Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience acceptable
- ITIL Foundations V3
