Job Description
- We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the Spot Offer role in our Oriya/Assamese voice process. This position involves providing excellent customer service to our clients through effective communication in the Oriya or Assamese language.

Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from customers in Oriya/Assamese language.
- Provide information and assistance regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Document all interactions with customers accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in Oriya and/or Assamese language (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in communication or customer service is a plus.
