• 4–8 years solid Java & Spring Boot microservices experience.
• PostgreSQL optimization & data modelling expertise.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm.
• Secure video streaming: RTSP/HLS, encryption, tokens, tunnels.
• Experience with distributed systems, caching, WebSocket's/SSE.
Preferred Skills
• Worked on VMS/CCTV systems.
• Exposure to AI metadata, JSON schemas, ML pipelines. Soft Skills
• Strong leadership, ownership, architectural thinking.
• Excellent communication & cross-team collaboration.
