About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Provisioning Specialist to join our Salesforce product development organization. The Provisioning Specialist will be responsible for managing customer onboarding, product provisioning, environment setup, license management, and configuration activities to ensure a seamless customer experience.
This role serves as a critical bridge between Customer Success, Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering teams, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate access to Salesforce-based products and services. The ideal candidate has strong operational skills, experience working with Salesforce environments, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What You’ll Do:
Customer Provisioning & Onboarding
* Provision and configure customer environments for Salesforce-based products and applications.
* Manage current customer onboarding activities, including account setup, user creation, profiles/permissions assignment,
and feature enablement.
* Validate customer configurations and ensure readiness before product activation.
Salesforce Administration Support
* Assist with environment management across production, sandbox, and testing environments.
* Support deployment activities and release readiness tasks.
Delivery & Quality
* Execute provisioning requests within defined SLAs.
* Perform quality checks to ensure accurate provisioning and configuration.
* Develop and maintain process documentation.
* Track provisioning activities and provide operational reports and metrics.
* Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Act as a point of contact for provisioning-related inquiries and escalations.
* Participate in customer onboarding meetings.
* Communicate provisioning status and timelines to internal stakeholders.
