Job Summary

WHY TAP is looking for dedicated Placement Officers with 2 to 3 years of experience to facilitate student placements by building strong industry connections and guiding candidates through the recruitment process. You will act as a bridge between students and employers to ensure successful job placements.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate and manage placement activities for students.
Build and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters.
Organize campus recruitment drives and placement events.
Guide and prepare students for interviews and assessments.
Track placement data and prepare reports on placement progress.
Collaborate with training and academic teams to align candidate skills with industry needs.
Stay updated on industry hiring trends and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.




2 to 3 years of experience as a Placement Officer or in recruitment/HR roles.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proactive and student-focused approach.
Familiarity with placement processes and campus recruitment is a plus.
