Job Summary

WHY TAP is hiring a skilled MCSE Trainer with 5 years of experience in Microsoft server technologies and training delivery. You will be responsible for teaching Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) courses, guiding students through real-world scenarios, and preparing them for certification and IT roles.

What You’ll Do

Deliver engaging and hands-on MCSE training sessions on Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and system administration.
Develop and update training materials, lab exercises, and assessments.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Support students in preparing for MCSE certification exams.
Stay up to date with Microsoft technologies and certification paths.
Work with academic teams to improve course effectiveness.
Foster an interactive and professional classroom environment.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,



or a related field.
5+ years of experience in system administration and MCSE training.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft server infrastructure, virtualization, and networking.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.

Good To Have

Microsoft certifications like MCSA, Azure Administrator, or similar.
Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and Microsoft 365 administration.
Experience with cloud-based solutions and hybrid environments.
