Responsibilities
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on Full Stack Development with a focus on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Create engaging and interactive course materials, including lectures, hands-on exercises, and projects. Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and succeed in their learning journey.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure course content is current and relevant. Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and exams, providing constructive feedback to promote improvement Collaborate with other trainers and staff to continuously improve the training program Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development, specifically with the MERN stack. Proven experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in a professional or academic setting Solid understanding of web development concepts, including front-end and back-end development, databases, and APIs.
