Job Description –SeniorIT Admin(Azure, Microsoft 365 & Infrastructure)

We are looking for a highly motivated, technically solid, and proactive SeniorIT Adminto lead and support the organization's internal IT operations while delivering enterprise-grade infrastructure, Microsoft cloud, and security solutions for both internal stakeholders and clients.

This role requires an individual with an ownership mindset who can independently manage Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, infrastructure operations, identity management, endpoint security, and client implementations. The successful candidate will also provide technical leadership, mentor junior team members, participate in architectural discussions, and drive continuous improvement across the IT environment.





Key Responsibilities

Internal IT Leadership
- Lead day-to-day internal IT operations and ensure high availability of business-critical systems.
- Take ownership of IT infrastructure, cloud services, endpoint management, and security operations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IT administrators and support engineers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT processes, security, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain IT standards, policies, SOPs, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and industry best practices.
- Manage IT assets, licensing, hardware lifecycle, and software inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and service providers.

Microsoft Azure Administration
- Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Azure environments.
