About the Role

We’re seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with deep PPC expertise and proven experience in the outsourcing/BPO sector. You’ll own paid acquisition across Google, Bing, and social platforms to generate qualified leads for international markets (US/UK/AU), optimize CPL, and scale ROI.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta to drive qualified leads for outsourcing/BPO services.
- Build and manage full-funnel campaigns: keyword research, ad copy, audience targeting, bid strategies, and budgets.
- Set up and validate conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager) and create dashboards (Looker Studio/Data Studio) for clear performance reporting.
- Optimize landing pages with CRO best practices (A/B testing, heatmaps/analytics insights) to improve CVR and lower CPL.




- Implement remarketing/retargeting and lookalike strategies to improve lead quality and deal velocity.
- Own weekly and monthly performance reporting, tying efforts to SQLs/opportunities and pipeline contribution.
- Coordinate with sales/BD for feedback loops on lead quality; refine targeting and messaging accordingly.
- Maintain strong account hygiene: negative keywords, query mining, ad extensions, budgets, pacing, and QA.
- Stay current on platform changes, beta opportunities, and competitive trends in the outsourcing industry.

Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of hands-on PPC experience, with at least 2+ years marketing outsourcing/BPO/KPO services to international clients.
- Proven track record hitting lead-gen KPIs: CPL, CVR, CTR, Quality Score, and ROAS/ROI.
- Expert in Google Ads (Search/Performance Max/Display/YouTube) and Microsoft Ads; strong LinkedIn Ads experience for B2B.
- Proficient with GA4, Google Tag Manager, a
