Role & responsibilities
- Achieve sales target for distributors in assigned territories ,explore new distributors , provide product training to existing and new distributors
- Tender support: Compliance sheet preparation
- Conduct market research for new products, verify regulatory requirements, identify competitors, develop & execute go-to-market plans and assess market potential and provide the feedback to senior management.




- Constantly be updated with in-depth knowledge of business products and current trends which could lead to new applications or markets.
- Build and monitor monthly sales forecast and develop necessary corrective actions ,maintain data analytics to inform and propose strategic decisions.
- Initiate weekly sales meeting with existing distributors , provide weekly & monthly sales & marketing reporting to senior management
- End to end logistic and finance related coordination between distributors and HQ
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirement
- Bachelors degree or an equivalent skilled qualification
- Minimum 7 years of sales or service experience within the healthcare/life sciences industry
- Experience with medical freezers, refrigerators, and CO2 incubators is highly desirable
