Role & responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer support calls professionally and provide accurate resolutions to customer queries.
- Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services through effective upselling techniques.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high service quality standards.
- Build rapport with customers and maintain a positive, professional attitude throughout every interaction.
- Achieve individual and team targets for customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and upselling.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system.
- Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and process standards.
- Work efficiently in a rapid-paced US process environment with rotational night shifts and weekly offs.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Maintain excellent attendance, punctuality, and adherence to assigned work schedules.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and communication skills through training and feedback sessions.




- Ensure data confidentiality and maintain professionalism while handling customer information.

Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process or Customer Support role.
- Candidates with 2+ years of relevant voice process experience are highly preferred.
- Versant Score of 60 or above is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral accent.
- Strong customer service, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to identify customer needs and drive upselling opportunities.
- Good problem-solving, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Comfortable working in US rotational night shifts with rotational week-offs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven, and performance-oriented environment.
