Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly driven Sales Manager to lead the sales function for premium and luxury high-rise residential projects. The role requires a professional with a proven track record in luxury real estate sales, solid leadership capabilities, and the ability to engage high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), investors, NRIs, and channel partners. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, driving customer engagement, and delivering an exceptional luxury buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute project-specific sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline management, and conversion ratios.




- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve team productivity.

Business Development
- Drive sales through direct customer acquisition, HNI networking, corporate tie-ups, and channel partner relationships.
- Build and maintain a strong network of luxury real estate brokers, wealth managers, and referral partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic alliances to maximize project sales.

Customer Relationship Management
- Manage end-to-end customer engagement from lead generation to booking and post-sales coordination.
- Conduct premium project presentations, personalized property consultations, and exclusive site visits.
- Deliver a world-class customer experience that reflects the brand's luxury positioning.
- Build long-term relationships with repeat buyers and investors.

Sales Operations
- Ensure accurate CRM updates, sales documentation, and booking processes.
