Role & responsibilities

Snapivite is India's premium wedding invitation studio, part of Aanandam Group. Our clients are high-net-worth families spending 1L Lakh TO 15L Lakh on invitations, and B2B partners wedding planners, decorators, event managers who resell to their own clientele.

You will own the full sales cycle: inbound lead qualification, virtual and in-person consultations, quotation, negotiation, order handover to design team, and follow-through until delivery.

This is a consultative sales role not a call-center pitch. Understanding taste, aesthetics, and cultural nuance matters as much as commercial skill.

Key responsibilities:
- Complete ownership of Snapivite's B2C sales funnel from inbound inquiry to closed order
- Managing B2B relationships with wedding planners, decorators, and event managers across India
- Consultative selling understanding the wedding, the family, the aesthetic and translating that into a design brief for our team
- Quotation, negotiation,



and closing within our pricing framework
- CRM discipline every lead, every conversation, every follow-up logged
- Handoff to design team with a complete client brief so nothing is lost in translation
- Post-order client communication until delivery

Note: This role opens because our current Sales Lead is transitioning out. You will shadow her for 2-3 weeks before taking full ownership.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for:
- 2-4 years of B2B or B2C sales experience
- Prior experience in a design-related industry — wedding, luxury retail, fashion, hospitality, events, or premium services
- Robust verbal and written English — you will be talking to and emailing HNW clients from across India
- Consultative selling instinct — you are comfortable slowing down a conversation to understand a client, not just pushing a close
- Comfortable with CRM tools, quotation systems, and detailed order docum
