Social Media Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand's digital presence. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media, content creation, influencer marketing, and building online communities. Your goal will be to increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, and sales through creative content and strategic collaborations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan and publish engaging posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos.
- Create creative content ideas based on trends, festivals, and viral topics.
- Increase organic reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Coordinate and build collaborations with influencers, creators, affiliates, and brand partners.
- Shoot and edit basic reels/videos using mobile or editing tools (CapCut, VN, Canva, etc.).
- Write attractive captions, hashtags, and content calendars.
- Respond to comments and messages to build an active community.




- Track social media performance and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support product launches and promotional campaigns.

Requirements
- 02 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Content Creation.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio or creative mindset are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of Instagram algorithms, trending reels, and influencer marketing.
- Basic video editing and graphic design skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, etc.).
- Valuable communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to generate creative ideas and execute them independently.
