Position: Marketing & Advertising Executive (Real Estate)
Department: Marketing

Reporting To: Head Marketing
Job Summary
We are seeking a energetic and creative Marketing & Advertising Executive to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns for residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for brand promotion, digital marketing coordination, advertising campaigns, vendor management, project branding, and lead generation initiatives to enhance the company's market presence and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Management
- Execute marketing strategies to promote residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and promotional materials.
- Coordinate project branding activities including site branding, sample flats, sales galleries, and project launch campaigns.
- Assist in developing annual marketing calendars and promotional plans.

Advertising & Media Planning
- Coordinate newspaper, magazine, radio, television,



outdoor, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Liaise with advertising agencies, creative agencies, media houses, printers, and production vendors.
- Monitor advertisement schedules and ensure timely release of creatives.
- Track campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Work closely with digital marketing agencies to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL (Cost per Lead), conversion ratios, and ROI.
- Ensure timely uploading of project information on property portals such as MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com, and company websites.
- Coordinate website updates, landing pages, blogs, and SEO activities.

CRM & Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with the Sales and CRM teams for lead
