Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Head to lead our Industrial and Project Sales operations across MP. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by developing current industrial customers, handling key project sales, building relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, government departments, and end users, and leading the regional sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Industrial and Project Sales for the entire state of Odisha.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Generate business from industrial segments such as Steel, Mining, Power, Cement, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverage, Paper, Textiles, Manufacturing, and Process Industries.
- Identify and secure new project opportunities through consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, PMC firms, builders, and government departments.
- Build strong relationships with MEP consultants, HVAC consultants, architects, industrial clients, project owners,



and key decision-makers.
- Promote the Company's products through technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.
- Ensure product approvals, specifications, and inclusion in project BOQs and tenders.
- Develop and manage a strong network of distributors, dealers, channel partners, and industrial customers across Odisha.
- Monitor ongoing projects from specification to execution and coordinate with internal teams for successful order conversion.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and emerging business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, pipeline reports, and regular MIS for management review.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.
