Requirements

*Responsibilities:*
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for GMH India's hotel properties within the DACH region, aligning with global brand guidelines.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify current business opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key distribution partners, travel agencies, and corporate clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Oversee the localization of marketing content, including website copy, promotional materials, and social media campaigns, for the DACH audience.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with hotel general managers and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective sales support.
- Represent GMH India at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions within the DACH region.
- Manage the marketing budget allocated for the DACH market, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI.





*Requirements*
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing within the hotel or hospitality industry, specifically targeting the DACH market.
- Demonstrated understanding of the DACH travel and tourism landscape, including distribution channels and consumer behavior.
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive bookings and revenue. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Act as the main marketing contact for hotel General Managers and on-property teams for day-to-day marketing needs.
