Role & responsibilities

1. Business Management
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the furniture and interior mall.
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve annual sales and profitability

targets.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
- Monitor financial performance and optimize operational costs.
- Drive sustainable business growth through strategic initiatives.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop sales strategies for premium furniture and interior products.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Increase average order value and conversion ratios.
- Identify new revenue streams and business opportunities.
- Build robust relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and

corporate clients.
- Promote turnkey interior solutions for residential and commercial projects.

3. Retail Operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day showroom operations.
- Maintain premium visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure product displays reflect luxury brand positioning.
- Monitor inventory levels and stock movement.




- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely deliveries.

4. Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Develop customer loyalty and referral programs.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and positive reviews.

5. Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and sales excellence.
- Set departmental KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster collaboration across sales, design, operations, installation, and customer service

teams.

6. Marketing & Brand Development
- Collaborate with the marketing team to increase footfall and brand visibility.
- Plan promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and launch events.
