About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and agile Head Domestic Sales (Civilian Market) to lead and expand our sales operations across the civilian market in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening the company's presence in the domestic market. Candidates with prior experience or exposure in the arms, ammunition, defence, shooting sports, hunting equipment, law enforcement supplies, or related industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Mandotory prior experience or exposure in the arms, ammunition, defence, shooting sports, hunting equipment, law enforcement supplies, or related industries.
Develop and execute the domestic sales strategy for the civilian market in line with the company's business objectives.
Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.




Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across distributors, dealers, retail partners, institutional buyers, and other relevant channels.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities.
Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, contract discussions, and customer agreements.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, budgets, and periodic management reports. Represent the organization at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, dealer meets, and networking events.
