Job description:

Action for Social Advancement (ASA) is looking for passionate and experienced professionals to support Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) in strengthening their governance, business operations, market linkages, member engagement, access to finance, and overall sustainability.

Educational Qualification
- Master's Degree in Agribusiness Management, Agriculture, Rural Development, Social Work, Humanities, or related disciplines from a recognized institution.

Experience:
- 34 years of experience in FPO promotion, agribusiness, agricultural marketing, rural development, or related sectors.
- Experience working with farmer groups, cooperatives, or producer organizations will be preferred.

Location: Across various locations in MP(Betul, Jhabua, Mandla, Barwani,), Jharkhand, and Chhattisgarh (Baikunthpur)
