About the Role
We're looking for a commercially driven Senior Sales Manager to manager our Author Acquisition & Publishing Services business. You'll own the growth engine of the business—driving revenue, leading high-performing sales teams, shaping strategy, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

Requirements
What We're Looking For
•⁠ ⁠5–8 years of experience as sales manager with a track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
•⁠ ⁠Experience managing consultative sales teams in publishing, media, education, SaaS, creator economy, premium services, or similar industries.
•⁠ ⁠Proven ability to manage high-value sales cycles and build scalable sales processes.
•⁠ ⁠Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
•⁠ ⁠Exceptional leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
•⁠ ⁠Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
