Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, estimate quantities, and monitor progress against estimates.
- Conduct quantity surveying activities such as rate analysis, material reconciliation, subcontractor billing, client billing, and bill checking.
- Create bar bending schedules (BBS) and prepare final accounts for clients.
- Ensure accurate estimation of materials required for projects by conducting site visits.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing.
