Job Description
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in planning & scheduling
- Must have completed at least one full project lifecycle (start to handover)
- Experience in High-rise Building & EPC Projects
- Exposure to Commercial, Healthcare, Residential, Hotels, or Institutional projects
- Limited infrastructure experience (not more than one company)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor project schedules using planning tools (Primavera/MS Project)
- Track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Coordinate with site, procurement, and execution teams
- Identify delays and implement corrective actions
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and progress updates
