Role & responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for operators, technicians, engineers, line leaders, and supervisors.
- Conduct onboarding and certification programs for current hires
- Develop standardized training materials, work instructions, SOPs
- Assess training needs through competency gap analysis
- Develop structured learning
- Support shop-floor capability enhancement initiatives
- Establish and maintain skill matrices, training records, certification tracking, and competency assessment systems.
- Conduct classroom, on-the-job, and hands-on practical training sessions
