Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site IT Lead to manage the IT infrastructure and digital operations at our pharmaceutical manufacturing site. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in plant IT, GMP-regulated environments, infrastructure management, IT support, and coordination with business and corporate IT teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT operations for the manufacturing site.
- Ensure high availability of IT infrastructure, network, servers, and end-user support.
- Support manufacturing systems such as MES, LIMS, SCADA, and ERP.
- Ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, CSV, and IT security policies.
- Handle IT vendors,



asset management, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Lead IT infrastructure projects, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate with plant functions and corporate IT for seamless operations.

- MES, LIMS, ERP (SAP preferred)
- GxP, Computer System Validation (CSV), 21 CFR Part 11
