Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Experience
- Greet and welcome walk-in customers professionally.
- Guide customers through the store journey and promote eye check-up services.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by understanding customer requirements.
- Address customer queries and concerns effectively to ensure satisfaction.




- Assist customers throughout the purchase process and build long-term relationships.

Product Recommendation & Sales
- Recommend suitable eyewear products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Understand customer requirements through effective questioning and active listening.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Convert customer interactions into successful sales while maintaining a consultative approach.

Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
- Follow company SOPs and store operational guidelines.
- Ensure accurate billing and transaction processing through POS systems.
- Coordinate with customers regarding product delivery and order completion.

Store Operations & Maintenance
- Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and product displays.
- Support stock-taking and inventory management activities.
- Verify product quality before handover to custome
