Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager Sales will be responsible for driving the growth of the
company by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing
sales deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B or B2C sales, preferably
in the solar or renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
• Generate leads through networking, and field visits.
• Pitch solar energy solutions to potential clients residential, commercial,



and industrial.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and other promotional events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a
related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar or renewable energy.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach.
