SIZE OF THE ROLE
- Handlingportfolio from 0.1 Cr to 50 Cr
- Supervisingthe monthly disbursement of 1-60 files from the assigned area
- EfficientTAT management by credit team
KEY DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE Business
- Carryout detailed business analysis and recommend a proposal to thedelegated authority.
- Visiteach case within prescribed TAT.
- PrepareCAM and Financial Analysis for the case.
- Visitneighbors, suppliers, customers for the reference checks.
- Visitproperty and conduct due diligence in identifying the property
Customer
- Knowledgeof customer segments in various markets of India and theirperformance histories.
- Knowledgeof negative profiles,
negative property types and negativeproperty locations
- Knowledgeof property valuation process through vendors and knowledge keen
- interestin monitoring current property price / historical propertyprices.
- Meetappropriate customers for understanding of their needs
- Conductunderwriting for cases under purview
- Pickup EWS for the set of clients in his area
- Maintainportfolio quality of the Branch/hub/Cluster as per company norms.
- Monitoringand tracking of HL Loan cases.
- Maintainvarious standard MIS for HL Loan.

- AppropriateIntervention to manage ground level risk effectively.
- Ensureadherence to RBI regulations on documentation and KYC compliance.
- LUCand periodic loan monitoring framework
- ProvideAudit Compliance.
