Develop and modify Civil/Architectural BIM models using Revit. Prepare detailed construction and shop drawings. Coordinate with MEP and multidisciplinary teams to resolve design clashes. Ensure compliance with project standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and client requirements. Participate in clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks. Maintain model accuracy and update revisions as per project changes. Support quantity take-offs and documentation when required.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- 1 5 years of BIM modelling experience.
- Solid proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Navisworks and BIM 360 is an advantage.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and international standards.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
