As a Gensler Design Manager, you will leverage your attention to detail and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional client projects on time and on budget. What You Will Do
- Implementing one or more projects through the management of project teams
- Managing all phases of projects, including project set-up, programming, design, and construction administration
- Establishing and maintaining ongoing, productive client relationships
- Managing project scheduling, staffing/productivity, budgets, project set-up with clients, sub-contractors, vendors and consultants
- Tracking the financial performance of projects
- Preparing project proposal, negotiating fees and contracts for projects
- Ensure projects conform to contract
- Creating and communicating clear and attainable project objectives and project requirements
And any other related responsibility as assigned
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the design and delivery of a project.
- Manages contract, fees, scope, schedule, budget, communications and overall project delivery.
- Scope & Complexity: Has full responsibility for managing all aspects of routine projects with minimal complexity on small to midsized projects.
- Primary team, client and consultant contact.
- Demonstrates general knowledge in developing project scope, budgets and business development.
Supervision: Oversight from studio director or other senior staff; May manage a small to medium sized team.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture or Interior Design
- Licensed or registere
