Roles and Responsibilities :
- Regular meetings with local farmers in South India through Agri fairs, Alumni network, Nodal agencies, appointing distributors, meeting village heads and others to develop future leads for date palm tissue culture and date delight products.
- Identify recent market and target customers and develop future leads for date palm tissue culture and date delight products .
- Provide business support, understand customer needs, estimate market demands and supply chain optimization.
- Achieve customer satisfaction by extending timely services and endeavor to constantly improve based on customer feedback.
- Liaise with central and state government authorities and develop business relationship.
- Ensures compliance to government and company policies.
- Follow organization policies and ensure working abiding with applicable company rules.

Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in agribusiness, agriculture sales, horticulture, agronomy, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of agriculture marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers.
