Business/Financials
1. LeadEngagement Liaison with Business to understand theirmanpower requirement, priorities resourcing accordingly.
2. Responsibleto provide trained manpower to Business and is productive within3 weeks of joining to the respective location.
3. Oneto one interaction with individual staff for their queries/Managing Low Performers (PIP).
4. Responsiblefor executing engagement interventions to enhance Trust Index

Toco-ordinate and evaluate the effectiveness of the workforceengagement strategy.
6. Toestablish benchmarks and targets against which futureimprovements can be made.
7. Hiring:- CRO, FIO other supporting vertical as well with in TAT.
