Eligible candidates will be required to undergo a structured selection process comprising the following stages:
1. Written Test
The written test will assess candidates on:
- Basic Engineering Fundamentals
- General Science & Mathematics
- Industrial Safety Awareness
- Logical Reasoning
- General Aptitude
Qualifying Criteria:
Candidates must secure a minimum of 75% marks to qualify for the next stage.
2. Aptitude Test
The aptitude assessment will evaluate:
- Numerical Ability
- Analytical Thinking
- Problem Solving Skills
- Logical Reasoning
- Learning Agility
Qualifying Criteria:
Candidates must secure a minimum of 60% marks to qualify for the Technical Interview.
3. Technical Interview
Shortlisted candidates will undergo a Technical Interview conducted by the respective department representatives.
The interview will assess:
- Technical knowledge related to the respective discipline
- Understanding of core engineering concepts
- Safety awareness and attitude
- Communication skills
- Learning orientation and willingness to work in a manufacturing workplace
- Suitability for shift operations and industrial work culture
Final Selection
Final selection will be based on:
- Performance in the Written Test
- Performance in the Aptitude Test
- Technical Interview Evaluation
- Academic Credentials
- Verification of Documents and Eligibility Criteria
Preference will be given to:
- Candidates who have completed their Diploma from Maharashtra-based institutions.
- Candidates possessing a valid Maharashtra Domicile Certificate.
