- Manage production planning and control processes to ensure timely delivery of steel structures.
- Handover of new projects from Sales with key deliverables - FM/ Drawings/Schedule/Payment terms
- Shop Feeding : Issue of drawings / materials / Cutting plan as per production and despatch plan .
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Monitor the shop progress and expedite the production as per schedule .
- Develop fabrication schedules for cutting, welding, painting, and dispatch .
- Allocation of work load to contractors based on existing load and production plan .
- Coordinate with production, store, quality, and site teams.
- Prepare material requirement planning (MRP)
- Use AutoCAD for drawing review and quantity reference.
- Prepare MIS and progress reports.
- Support project deadlines and delivery commitments.
- Oversee fabrication, welding, and assembly of steel structures to meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for design, engineering, and installation of heavy fabrications.
- Monitor production schedules and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- * 10-15 years of experience in PPC (Production Planning Control), fabrication, or structural steel industry.
- * Solid knowledge of heavy fabrication techniques, steel structures design, and structural fabrication principles.
- * Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical or related field.
