- Conduct in office inspection of raw and dyed yarn lots including Nylon, Cotton, and Polyester yarns.
- Perform or witness testing of yarn parameters including:

- Tenacity
- Elongation
- Moisture regain
- Ensure yarn quality complies with approved specifications and permissible tolerances.
2. Color Management & Lab Evaluation
- Evaluate shade consistency and color matching against approved standards under standard light conditions.
- Analyse Spectrophotometer reports, Delta-E values, and metamerism results for pass/fail decisions.
- Review Computer Color Matching (CCM) reports to ensure recipe accuracy and repeatability across batches.
- Coordinate with supplier labs to resolve shade variation or color inconsistency issues.
3. Dyeing Process Supervision
- Monitor yarn dyeing operations to ensure adherence to approved SOPs and process parameters.

- Verify packing lists, labeling, batch details, and QC reports prior to dispatch approval.
- Ensure proper traceability and documentation of yarn lots.
