Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads from direct clients in the BFSI industry.
- Identify current business opportunities through networking, research, and market analysis.
- Build solid relationships with existing clients to upsell/cross-sell products/services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation in the BFSI industry.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client engagement and relationship-building.
- Comfortable to visit schools in particular location
