Experience in B2B lead generation or SaaS sales is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

Research potential business leads using LinkedIn, Google, company websites, and business directories.

Identify decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, Directors, Sales Managers, Marketing Managers, HR Managers, and Operations Managers.

Build and maintain lead databases in the CRM.

Send personalized cold emails and LinkedIn connection requests.

Follow up with prospects through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.

Schedule product demo meetings for the sales team.

Qualify leads based on company size, industry, and business requirements.





Track lead status and update the CRM regularly.

Generate daily and weekly lead generation reports.

Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads and demo bookings.

Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to improve outreach campaigns.

Required Skills

Positive English written and verbal communication.

Strong internet research skills.

LinkedIn prospecting experience.

Google search and business research.

MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Email communication.

Basic knowledge of CRM software.

Time management and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
