Della Townships is looking for a passionate, proactive and execution-oriented Induction & Onboarding Manager who can design, establish and manage a world-class employee onboarding experience across Mumbai and Lonavala locations.

This is a unique chance for an HR professional who enjoys building processes from the ground up, creating memorable employee experiences and driving operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on go-getter who takes complete ownership, proactively engages with stakeholders and ensures flawless execution of the entire induction and onboarding journey.

Extended working hours may be required based on business needs, employee joining schedules and operational requirements.

Role Responsibilities

1.



Build Induction & Onboarding Framework from Scratch
- Design and implement the complete induction and onboarding framework for Della Townships.
- Create a structured employee journey from pre-joining to successful integration.
- Develop a 30-60-90 day onboarding framework.
- Establish processes, workflows, checklists and governance mechanisms.

2. Employee Joining Experience Management

Own the complete new employee experience including:
- Pre-joining engagement
- Documentation completion
- Day 1 readiness
- Welcome experience
- HR induction
- Business/function induction
- Leadership interactions
- Site visits and business familiarisation

3. Process Creation & Documentation

Responsible for developing:
- Induction SOPs
- Onboarding manuals
- New joiner checklists
- Department-wise induction plans
- Joining documentation processes
- Employee communication templates
- Feedback mechanisms
