Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for a Salesforce Engineer III who thrives at the intersection of innovation and execution. You’re a hands-on engineer with solid Salesforce platform depth and an integration mindset, comfortable partnering with Product Owners, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. You care about clean, maintainable code, reliable releases, and secure-by-design implementations—and you’re ready to take ownership of technical decisions, raise engineering standards, and mentor others as we build modern Legal Technology experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years of software development experience in designing complex,



enterprise-wide business solutions.
- 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience in Service Cloud
- Minimum 4+ year hands-on experience in designing and building 3rd party system integrations with Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL
- Proficiency in designing and implementing automation using Salesforce Flow and LWC/JavaScript, including modernizing legacy automation (e.g., migrating Workflow Rules/Process Builder where applicable) to streamline business processes and improve maintainability.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform in configuring, customizing, and deploying solutions, including advanced knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform automation tools.
- Experience implementing Salesforce CI/CD with version control and automated deployments (e.g., GitHub with GitHub Actions or Jenkins, and/or Salesforce release tooling such as
