Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will oversee food preparation, maintain high standards of quality and hygiene, manage the kitchen team, control food costs, and create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and oversee daily food production.
- Develop and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste.
- Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff.
- Manage kitchen schedules and delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Monitor inventory, food ordering, and stock control.
- Maintain food cost and minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Inspect food preparation areas and kitchen equipment regularly.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to improve customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer feedback related to food quality.
- Maintain a clean,



organized, and efficient kitchen environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- 5–10+ years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 2–3 years in a Head Chef or Sous Chef role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Experience in menu planning and food costing.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
