About the Role
We are seeking a Desktop Publishing (DTP) Operator (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on document formatting, page layout, multilingual publishing, print-ready document preparation, and AI-generated document evaluation.
In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated layouts, brochures, books, reports, marketing materials, and print-ready documents. Your expertise will help improve AI systems designed for document automation, publishing workflows, and professional content production.
This position is ideal for professionals with experience in desktop publishing, graphic production, print media, publishing, document formatting, or multilingual typesetting.

Responsibilities
Create deliverables addressing real-world desktop publishing and document production scenarios.




Annotate and evaluate AI-generated layouts, books, brochures, reports, manuals, presentations, and marketing materials.
Assess AI outputs for formatting accuracy, layout consistency, typography, print readiness, and production quality.
Create and format professional documents using industry-standard DTP software while maintaining visual consistency and publishing standards.
Design and manage page layouts for books, magazines, brochures, catalogs, newsletters, annual reports, manuals, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Perform document formatting, including styles, tables, headers, footers, page numbering, indexes, tables of contents, and template management.
Apply professional typography principles by selecting appropriate fonts, spacing, alignment, kerning, leading, and paragraph styles to enhance readability.
Prepare print-ready files by validating bleeds, margins, crop marks, image resolutio
