Planing of vehicle as per P&B;/ order. Ensure timely dispatch of material as per order given by marketing also to streamline the exisisting dispatch process. Monitor daily/monthly performance of transporter. Reduction in intransist breakeges/ damages of product.

• Monitoring of daily pending orders
