Technical Support Engineer – SAP Datasphere & Databricks

Role Overview
Client is seeking a Technical Support Engineer specializing in SAP Datasphere and Databricks to provide L1/L2 support for our global Data & Analytics platforms. This role ensures high availability, reliability, and performance of critical data services that power scientific and business insights across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, monitoring, and supporting SAP Datasphere, Databricks, and related data integration tools, combined with solid problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Incident Management & Resolution
Provide L1/L2 support for SAP Datasphere and Databricks environments, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
Monitor data pipelines, jobs, and integrations for failures or performance issues.
Troubleshoot connectivity, configuration, and data ingestion problems across SAP and Databricks platforms.
