Job Description

We are looking for experienced Electrical Substation Supervisors to execute and supervise EHV Transmission & Substation Projects. Candidates should have hands-on experience in 132kV, 220kV, 400kV, or 765kV AIS/GIS substations and be capable of managing site execution, manpower, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise erection and installation of transformers, circuit breakers, isolators, CT/PT, switchgear, control & relay panels, busbars, and other switchyard equipment.
- Monitor cable laying, cable termination, earthing, grounding, lighting, and panel installation works.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.




- Coordinate with Civil, QA/QC, Safety, Testing & Commissioning, and Client teams.
- Supervise subcontractors, manpower deployment, and daily site activities.
- Maintain daily progress reports and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and permit-to-work systems.

Candidate Profile
- 5 - 10 years of experience in Transmission, EHV Substation, or Power EPC Projects.
- Hands-on experience in AIS/GIS Substations (132kV/220kV/400kV/765kV).
- Positive knowledge of switchyard equipment installation, cable works, earthing systems, and testing & commissioning support.
- Ability to read SLDs, GA drawings, and electrical layouts.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
