Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic, customer-centric Graduate Freshers to join our team as Social Media Support Executives. In this role, you will manage a Blended Support Process, handling customer queries, resolving issues, and maintaining brand reputation across major social media platforms alongside traditional support channels. Key Responsibilities
- Support: Monitor, respond to, and resolve customer queries received via social media channels, chat, and voice (Blended Process).
- Brand Advocacy: Maintain a polite, professional,



and engaging tone that reflects the brand's voice in the public domain.
- Issue Resolution: Actively listen to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate solutions within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
