Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise and coordinate beauticians, hair stylists, nail technicians, and reception staff.
- Handle customer service, complaints, and client satisfaction.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and staff shifts.
- Monitor and achieve sales targets and service revenue.
- Maintain inventory of products, tools, and salon supplies.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
- Train and motivate staff to improve service quality and performance.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily reports.
- Implement promotions, offers, and marketing activities to attract clients.

Salary in India (Approx.)
- 25,000 60,000 per month, depending on salon size and experience.
