Manage end-to-end Gold Loan operations including KYC verification, loan processing, documentation, disbursement, renewals, repayments, vault records, MIS, audit compliance, and customer servicing while ensuring policy adherence and timely processing.
Required Candidate profile
1–5 years of Gold Loan/Banking/NBFC operations experience. Knowledge of KYC, documentation, audit compliance, MS Excel, and customer service. Detail-oriented with robust communication skills.
